At Emirax Market, we are dedicated to delivering transparent and professional services to our clients. Below are the terms governing refunds for our brokerage services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered for deposits made into a trading account if the funds have not been used for trading purposes.
Once funds have been utilized for trading (e.g., open or closed positions), they are no longer eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process
Clients must submit a written refund request via email to finance@emiraxmarket.com with proof of deposit and relevant details.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the deposit.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 1–14 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
The refund will be credited back to any payment method available without prior notice.
Fees and Deductions
Any processing fees, bank charges, or administrative costs incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds may also be subject to applicable currency conversion charges based on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Transactions
Funds used for trading activities, internal transfers, or withdrawals are non-refundable.
Bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives are non-refundable and subject to the terms of the respective promotion.
Fraudulent Activity
Refunds will not be processed if the account is found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Emirax Market.
